Q: Do tolls appear on invoices made through Financial Integration?

A: The tolls will be included in Financial Integration invoices only if the tolls are added to the booking as an extra fee. There are two options to do this:
  1. Tolls are manually on to the booking as an extra fee through the booking form or Cash Receipts function
  2. Tolls are automatically added to the booking as an extra fee from Rental Toll Manager when tolls are matched to bookings. Please contact support@rentalcarmanager.com if you would like to use the Rental Toll Manager feature.
