RCM Analytics Pricing

RCM Analytics pricing is usage based; costs are determined by how many users you have in RCM Analytics and how many rows of data are in your analytics workspace.

Your base price will be the cost of data storage, user licensing costs will be added to this depending on how many users and what type of users you require. 

For example, the minimum $30/month plan contains the following elements:

  1. Your analytics workspace contains less than 50,000 rows of data (bookings).
    Your base monthly cost will be $26.25 per month.
  2. You require 1 embedded viewer license.
    The user license will be an additional $5.25 per month.
  3. The total monthly cost is $26.25 + $5.00 = $31.50 per month.

Data Storage Pricing

This will be the total number of "rows" in your analytics workspace, this will be approximately the number of bookings in your RCM system. For example, if you have 70,000 reservations in your RCM system you would fall in the 50,000 - 100,000 tier ($50.00/month).

These users have access to the analytics portal but cannot create or edit reports. Portal viewers must be bought in 25 license increments.

These users can only view analytics reports/dashboards from inside RCM.
