Quick Update Vehicle Status
Purpose
The Quick Vehicle Update option allows for the update of important vehicle information immediately prior to a hire, or at any point when a vehicle is cleaned or moved between locations. This information includes the cleaned status, current fuel level, current mileage and where the vehicle is located.
Typically, the detailer or person cleaning the vehicle and preparing it for hire would make use of this option. This means that the counter operator who hires out the vehicle then knows that the mileage and fuel levels are correct and that the vehicle is clean and ready to be hired.

Performing a Quick Update of Vehicle Status
You can either search for a specific vehicle by entering the Rego or Fleet number, or you can search for all vehicles with a specific current location.
To update a vehicles information, click on the red registration number.
In the page that opens, you can then update the information as needed.
The changed information will then be recorded against the vehicle.
