Q: Why is the billing location not the same as the vehicle pickup location?

Q: Why is the billing location not the same as the vehicle pickup location?

A: The billing location is controlled via the "Operator Location as Billing Location" system parameter. If this parameter is set to "No", the billing location will be the pickup location. This parameter is under the Booking Process Parameters heading within the System Parameters.
