Q: Why are vehicles not displaying on my website?

If you have a vehicle category that is not being displayed on your website when someone makes a booking request, it could be for one of three reasons:

1. The Vehicle Category might be set to not available for online bookings on the Web Category screen.
Website Interface > Web Vehicle Categories > Web Categories.
If you want a Vehicle Category showing on your website, the field "Web Available" need to be set to "Yes". 



2. The records have not been setup correctly under the Web Category Availability screen.
Website Interface > Web Vehicle Categories.
You will need to make sure that you have the correct records setup for each location. You can see in the image below that these records are location-specific. 



3. There may be a Web Relocation record that is blocking the booking request by being set to not be available for online bookings. This is on the Web Relocation screen. 
Website Interface > Web Relocation.
Web Relocation allows you to specify which relocation rules are applicable on your website. This is done by setting the Web Available flag to "Yes".
