Q: The Rental Agreement prints across two pages - I would like it to print on a single page?

A: You will need to edit your rental agreement template and reduce the amount of text printed. To do this, go to the System Setup menu , and then click on the Rental Agreement Template icon.

Edit the document and remove any unnecessary text. If the text is required for legal purposes add a reference to the reverse side of the document. i.e. "Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on the reverse side ". This ensures that the Rental Agreement always fits onto a single page and important legal details are still documented on the reverse side.

We recommend that the reverse side is always pre-printed in bulk as this information does not change. Load the pre-printed paper into the printer and then the front side of the Rental Agreement can be printed by RCM.
