Q: Is it possible to turn off agents' pricing so it doesn't show on any agreements, confirmations or anything else the customer may receive?

A: If the Agent has marked up a price and you do not want the customer to see this, then you can set the Agent as a "Wholesale Agent."

To do this see the following steps.

1. Click on the main System Setup Menu icon

2. Click on the Agencies program icon.

3. Find the Agency record and click the Agency Code in red text to update the record.

4. Set the 'Wholesale Agent flag' to 'Yes'. Click Submit to save changes.

Any documents sent to customers for hires that were from this agent will not include the price.
