Q: If I update the rates, does this affect any of the existing booking information / fees?
A: You can update the rates and the current bookings will not be affected, unless you change the pickup or dropoff dates or the times of the bookings, in which case, the new rates will be used instead. However, the old rates will be displayed in red on the screen as a precaution so you can key them in if required.
Note that parameters relating to this issue can be found in the Rate Parameters section in System Parameters (System Setup > System Parameters). See the image below:
