A: The 'Vehicle Cleaned' flag is updated from the 'Quick Update Vehicle Status' menu icon under Reservations.

After clicking on the 'Quick Update Vehicle Status' menu icon, you will then have the option to type in the Rego or Fleet #. Click Submit to get your results. Click on the Registration No in red to then update the vehicle as having been cleaned. 

After clicking on the Registration No in red, you will then be taken to the screen as seen below. Set the 'Vehicle Cleaned' flag to 'Yes' and click Submit to update the record.

You can also update the vehicles cleaned status from the Vehicle Activity Report.
