A: If you want to apply Utilisation Rates you have to setup online bookings, to do this make sure that the flag “Apply Rate to Web API” is set to Yes. To do this, simply click on the corresponding Vehicle Utilization Level in red text. See the image below to see where you are able to make this change. This screen is accessed via the System Setup menu, then Rates and then click on the Rate Utilisation tab.
