A: When you perform an Inspection through RCM Lite, it involves taking images of the vehicle. These images become part of the inspection sheet, and these inspections are then saved in RCM and can be viewed as PDF documents from the Inspection Sheet Enquiry report (Vehicle Maintenance >> Vehicle Inspections). These inspections cannot be updated or deleted:

However, the images taken by themselves cannot be viewed independently in RCM. The images are intended as a once off recording the car's current condition before it is hired out, and so they are only saved as part of the inspection sheet. 

If there are images of vehicle that you want to save in RCM Lite and view independently later, then this must be done separately from the Inspection. On the Vehicle Maintenance page, the is an "Images" button that will take you to a page where you can save photos taken from your camera or upload images on your device.

These images can then be seen in RCM by going to Vehicle Maintenance >> Vehicle Update, then clicking the "Access Details" button of the relevant vehicle and the "Image" button at the bottom of the page:
