Q: Can replies to SMS's be sent to our office number?
A: Yes.
On the SMS Text Message Setup Page (System Setup >> SMS Text Message Setup), when you update the records, you can enter a 10-character value into the "SMS From" field.
This value can be set as a name, in which case SMS's received by your customer will appear as being from this name, and they will be unable to reply to the message.
Alternatively, you can enter a phone number into this field. In this case, the SMS received by your customer will appear as being sent from this number. The customer will then be able to reply to this message and the response will be sent to that number. This allows any responses to be received by your office number.
