Q; Can I change a maintenance booking to a normal booking?

A: Yes, a maintenance booking can be converted to a normal booking. You can use the following process if you need to convert a booking - e.g. A booking was accidently saved as maintenance when it was not meant to be.

Step 1: Open the maintenance booking.

Step 2: Click the "Change to Revenue" link at the top.

This will open the normal booking form. On the Booking Details tab:

Step 3: Change the "Type" from Maintenance to Reservation

Step 4: Change the "Rev. Booking" setting to Yes.

Step 5: Save the booking.

This booking will then be saved as a normal reservation.
