Online Credit Card Entry Templates
Purpose:
RCM provides templates which allow you to configure the text that displays on the screen when a customer is completing an Online Credit Card entry.
This includes:
- Online Credit Card Entry - Email CC Link - When the user is sent a link to enter their Credit Card details.
- Online Credit Card Entry - Online Booking and Convert Quote - When a user clicks the link to convert their quote to a booking.
Accessing the Online CC Entry Templates
The templates can be accessed from:
System Setup>Rental Agreement and Other Templates
Updating the Templates
Select the Template you wish to update from the drop down list.
The Template will display as below.
The text section allows you to enter free text - this section is available on all Templates and has a standard set of Editing Tools available to assist in formatting your message.
Note that you should not cut and paste text from another formatted document such as Word, as the formatting will not copy across.
Formatting should be completed using the formatting tools on the top toolbar, or, if you are familiar with HTML, you can click on the 'Source' button and use HTML to format your text.
Click on "Submit" to save the template.
Below is an example of the 'Email CC Link template' text as it displays on the online Credit Card Vault entry screen.
