New - Offset for Dropoff Date and Time
An optional new field has been added to the Booking Form that allows you to offset by a specified period the Dropoff Date and Time based on the Pickup Date and Time entered.
To use this feature the following system parameter needs to be set.
System Setup >> System Parameters >> Booking Process Parameters
Note - if the offset hours are set to 0, the field will not display on the booking form.
When a user enters or changes the pickup date and time when adding a new booking as below, the drop-off date and time will automatically update by the number of hours set against the system parameter. In this case, 48 hrs.
The 'Use Offset for drop-off' checkbox, can be toggled on and off as required.
Note that this new field will only display when adding a new booking.
