New System Parameter Allows Customers to Make a Payment through Payment Gateway
If you have a Payment Gateway set up in your system, RCM now allows you to attach a link to customer invoices so they can process outstanding payments themselves. This can be done using the new system parameter shown below. You will also have to get in touch with RCM Support (support@rentalcarmanager.com) so they can setup the necessary workflow.
If the parameter is set to yes, for any booking with an outstanding balance against it, the PDF copy of the invoice and the printable copy of the invoice and receipt will have this at the bottom. Note: this is if you have the Stripe payment gateway setup in your system.
From here, the customer can either scan the QR code or click on the "Stripe secure payment gateway" link to open up the payment page shown below. Then they simply add their Credit Card details and process a payment. This payment will automatically be recorded against the booking, and it will create a re-billing token for the payment gateway in RCM.
