RCM Lite now allows you to perform a vehicle change on a hired booking. This is used if, when a booking is hired, the vehicle needs to be changed. Example of when this feature is useful include when a vehicle breakdown happens and it needs to be replaced, and when the customer extends the booking, but the vehicle is needed for something else.

When you have this function enabled, all hired bookings in RCM Lite will have the "Change Vehicle" button on their Booking Summary page. Clicking this button will open the Vehicle Change workflow that is setup in your system. This process will behave the same as a normal vehicle change in RCM.
