RCM now allows you to create your own AE Client Types. These AE Client Types allow you to create Availability Engine utilisation rules that only apply to certain booking requests based on whether they came through RCM, the Web API or different Agency APIs. 

The AE Client Types can be set up by going to System Setup >> Availability Engine Settings >> AE Client Types and AE Client Type Agencies. Once created, these client types can be applied to different AE utilisation rules to enable specialised utilisation for different sources.
