Edit Infringement Notice Email
Purpose
The Infringement Notice Email is to inform customers about their involvement in traffic offences. Infringement offences may include issues like speeding, parking illegally, not wearing a seatbelt etc.
Accessing the Infringement Notice Email
The Infringement Notice email is setup in the "Email set up" tab under the System Parameters submenu in the System Setup.

Editing / Viewing the Infringement Notice Email
The 'Email Setup' tab lists the email templates available in RCM.
Locate the 'Email infringement Notice' entry as below, and Click on "Edit Template" to view/edit the template.
The text editor will allow you to edit the infringement notice (see image below).
To view the HTML source for the notice, click Source. You can then edit the HTML source directly.
Once you have finished editing your notice, click "Save" to save your changes and close the editor. The edited template will be used the next time you send or provide the notice to a customer.
