Agent Categories
Purpose
The Agent Categories page allows you to set Vehicle Categories to be available/not available to agents.
Note that the Vehicle Category record needs to have been created previously ( Vehicle Maintenance> Vehicle Categories) for the category to appear in the Agent Category table.
Accessing Agent Categories
You can access Agent Categories through the Agent Bookings Setup menu.
Agent Bookings Setup > Agent Categories.
How to update an Agent Category so it's Agent Available or not Agent Available
Click on the Vehicle Category in red text that you wish to make Agent Available/Not Available
The following screen will display.
The Agent Category screen only allows you to select whether you then want any pre existing Vehicle Categories to be Agent Available or not. No other settings can be changed here.
Set "Agent Available" to "Yes" if you want the Vehicle Category to be available for booking by an agent.
Click the "Submit" button to save changes. These changes will be reflected in the Agent Category table.
