Additional Feature - Buyback Information
RCM now allows you to record the Buyback financial information of a vehicle.
This can be done through the Vehicle Summary page, accessed by: Vehicle Maintenance >> Vehicle Update >> Access Details for you chosen vehicle.
At the bottom of the Vehicle Summary page, there is a "Finance" button.
Clicking this button will open the following page. This is where you can update the vehicles financial information, including the following Buyback information:
- Buyback Agreement Number
- Buyback Term (in months)
- Buyback Dealer
- Buyback Kilometers
- Buyback Price
Once recorded, a vehicles Buyback information can be viewed in the Fleet Finance Report. To access this report go to Vehicle Maintenance >> Fleet Finance Report.
